The coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice. The premium charged for travel insurance is generally non-refundable after 15 days of coverage purchase. Critical: Quality, Value
This place is not worth the money. Bathrooms need renovation, kitchen cabinets are falling apart, pool needs replastering and the entire house needs to be upgraded and redesigned. No gabage disposal. Grill igniter doesn't work. There are so many other places that we could have gone to. And the kitchen is not equipped.

The little cottage was very nice. We had our family spread out staying in inns, this house and on a boat. We ate most of our meals together at the house. My daughter's family enjoyed staying there especially with washer and dryer. The cushions on some of furniture possibly could be replaced as there is little cushioning left. Having the sun room and yard was a plus.

It is a beautiful property, very well maintained, quiet, isolated, totally served the purpose of our get-away. Only thing to improve is to notify us ahead of scheduled property maintenance, so that we could have avoided being out door/in the pool while the workers are mowing the lawn and cleaning the pool.

We stayed at the house called Tidal Serenity and we had one of the most fabulous vacations ever. I was thrilled with the property, the service we received and the overall experience. We were looking for something pretty unique and literally two days before we wanted to arrive and the perfect place was found for us. It was well prepped, clean, and perfectly ready to go for us to have a great time away. I highly recommend ESVR and Tidal Serenity!

The house was clean and the setting is beautiful. Enjoyed the canoe. However, the house needs to be updated. Glad I brought my own knife - there were none. Some instructions on tv - could not get it to work, hot tub, not hot. Igniter on grill broken. Didn’t get a service call for three hours. (Grill is still broken). The setting is beautiful but the house is not worth it. We could’ve stayed at the Inn at Perry’s Cabin for the same price when you include the ridiculous fees.

Outstanding! Phenomenal! Perfect! Those adjectives plus many more could describe our experience at the Captain's Cove! We had a family vacation there and it couldn't have been more wonderful! The home, yard, pool, pool house and barn had everyone of us fully taken care of! So many incredible memories were made there! The entire booking process was a breeze and everyone was exceptional in their customer service. Our family will forever love and cherish our time there. Will HIGHLY recommend to everyone! Thank you!

We’ve stayed here several times, and very much enjoy the quiet of the location. The property manager said the location’s main house was having “some work” done, but did not lead us to believe that there would be two large piles of dirt directly between our back door and access to the water. Come Monday construction equipment rolled. They were regrading the property, plus doing work around the new pool. Literally driving circles around the house we were staying in. At one point my son and brother were outside attempting to play baseball, and my brother was almost hit by a dump truck. I attempted

We paid $4K to stay at a house over a holiday weekend only to find the AC not working. We called the main number multiple times and received no help. Except told “give the AC some time.” 5 hours later the temp rose to 85 degrees. We called the after hours number only to be told “there’s nothing we can do.”
Even though, this was "the pool house" - we had two people staying there and if we did not continue to call and be proactive - we would not had enough beds for our guests and would have had to book hotels. While yes, as you can see below, we got someone out that night, it took a lot
