Grandfather Verdon Frailey founded the Frailey Insurance Agency in 1937 and today his twin grandchildren, Michael Frailey and Michele A. Frailey-Miller, continue to live by Verdon's motto "Real people, Real Service." Michael, Chief Executive Officer, is the face of the agency. His twin sister, Michele, acts as the Chief Operations Officer.

Excellent Service provided by Jessica Martinez. Jessica is very knowledgeable and super friendly. She helped me with my home and auto policy in a professional and friendly manner. I had many questions, I didn't understand much about insurance policies until I dealt with Jessica. She walked me through all the questions I had. I knew exactly what I was paying for and I got the best quote. She made the transition from my previous insurance company to Failey Insurance very smooth.

I called this office and requested my home owners insurance be emailed to me. 3 hours later, I still hadn't received my policy. I called again and informed the lady who answered the phone that I called 3 hours ago but still hadn't recieved my home owner's policy. She said she would send it but she did want to make me aware that we now pay for a landlord policy. This is something everyone that has a policy through nationwide pays for. Its not ok for someone to have to pay for a service they don't use. We live in our home and we do not rent it out like a bnb. We should not be expected to pay a landlord

I just obtained homeowners insurance through Frailey Insurance. I had to have this secured and paid in full by end of day to get this done to satisfy my lender as we are closing end of the week. I worked with Courtney Woodson on this. Outstanding customer service! Just outstanding! If I could have hugged her through the phone I would have. Knowledgeable, pushed through a few obstacles, and didn't stop until it was done. Not to mention the awesome, and I do mean awesome rate that she obtained on my behalf. Highly recommend the Frailey Insurance agency. You will not be disappointed.

I have had policies with Frailey Insurance for about 25 years. Recently I’ve had to make a claim in addition to adding polices. Danica Overcash was just wonderful. She went above and beyond to assist me in any way possible. There was no mountain too high for her to climb to make sure that everything was in order. She is definitely an asset to the agency!
