Many times, patients with rashes that continually recur or do not resolve with traditional medical approaches have an allergy to something in their environment. This condition is called Allergic Contact Dermatitis, and its cause can be very challenging to identify.
When we suspect an environmental cause for certain skin rashes, we sometimes perform a diagnostic procedure known as patch testing, wherein "patches" containing small amounts of allergens (substances potentially causing the allergic reaction) found in suspected products are applied to the skin to evaluate your personal response to these products.

Denied me service because I have a medical exemption as wearing a mask is harmful to my health. still waiting on owner information to be sent to me with a letter stating why I was denied service. It is terrible what these healthcare facilities are forcing on their customers. Kessler Dermatology did not comply with ADA guidlines, I was discriminated against because of my medical disability.

I have been to Kessel Dermatology a number of times over the last 15 years. I have had a good experience with the staff and other providers, but the appointment I recently had with Dr. Kessel was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. I was told to stop talking because I kept trying to explain skin issues from previous weeks that I felt were related to the current condition and was not being listened to in the slightest. I was absolutely patronized for going to him for a second opinion rather than just following what another doctor over telemedicine told me to do. My

I had been putting off getting something checked out FOR YEARS -- a growth on my scalp that would not heal. Ten years I had been dragging my feet. So, as you can imagine, walking in there took every ounce of -- whatever -- I had.
My whole demeanor changed as soon as I stepped foot in the door. Doctors' offices are sometimes not aware how important their front office staff is. Yes, I know these people are overworked and underappreciated, but an unkind word or a dismissive attitude from them sets most patients into a tailspin.

Jennifer Smith, NP and Shara Levine took great care of my grandmother today. Jennifer performed a comprehensive and thorough exam. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is willing to take the time to answer all questions. Shara, the medical assistant, was kind and compassionate. She explained the usage of each medication/cream in great detail to my grandmother who spoke minimal English. I could not have asked for a better staff/office. I would recommend Kessel Dermatology to anyone!

Such a nice place, from start to finish. It's clean, staff is welcoming, it's a breeze to be checked in. Overall, the appointment times are kept, meaning there is no long wait when you arrive for your service. The doctors are great and take good care of you. I had two keloid removed and im very pleased with the service.

In June of 2020 iwas seen at doctor Kessler
office in Hamilton NJ, he is a Dermatologist .
The office staff was courteous & efficient
Dr. KESSLER WAS complete in his exam , he also advised that when out in the sun I should use a # 50 sun screen & to have another skin exam in 2 years. This was a helpful and very professional practice; and I will be returning as advised or if I need anything sooner.

I had gone to Dr. Kessel for a visit 5 or 6 years ago. Although I was very impressed with Dr. Kessel back then, I kept trying to find a Dermatologist near where I live....in Gloucester County. I won't be searching anymore because I recently went back to Dr. Kessel for my annual body scan/checkup. He and his staff are awesome! He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. Dr. Kessel is well worth my 50 minute trip! I highly recommend Dr. Kessel and his awesome team!!

I made an appointment here at this office and i didn't even get to make it inside yet & it was poor customer service already. i called the front desk to let them know i was outside (covid since you cant go in) and one of the employees in the background as i was on the telephone asking another employee where they were located and the remarks i heard in the background were not nice "omg she's late again" "that's ridiculous" in reality i was not! she placed me on hold for about 3 mins, when she got back on the phone i kindly informed her i heard what was said

Today was my first visit to Kessel Dermatology and I am absolutely blown away by the outstanding quality of service that I received today. First off this practice had their act together, the staff is professional and polite and they go the extra mile for their patients. I tried to see another dermatologist nearby but the were unable to book an appointment and I'd have to wait more than a month to be seen. So I called Kessel dermatology and the were able able to see me right away! I had several problems with my insurance and KD made helpful suggestions that enabled me to sort everything out
