Services
This natural, water-based process is what we use to clean some items that would normally require dry cleaning. It is a safe and effective cleaning method for most dry cleaning only fabrics. People who are accustomed to getting their clothing dry cleaned will be unable to tell the difference - with one notable exception.
What is professional wet cleaning? Don't let the name fool you. Wet cleaning, also called professional natural cleaning, is not the same as throwing your clothes in your washing machine at home, which would very likely damage many dry clean only fabrics. As explained in more detail below, the professional wet cleaning process is quite different.
What is Perchloroethylene? Perchloroethylene, also called perc, is a toxic chemical that is classified as a hazardous air contaminant and must be handled as hazardous waste. It has also been shown to be a potential carcinogen, as well as posing other health risks. It can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions in some people and often leaves an unpleasant smell in fabrics.

I don't understand the low reviews here. They've always done a fantastic job with my items of all materials and sizes. They're quick, reasonably priced and very friendly. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning solution which I've found to be easier on fabric (in addition to the environment). I highly recommend them for all drycleaning and professional wet cleaning.

Make sure you confirm the price before you leave. My 3rd visit the Asian guy decided on his own without notifying me to charge me $3.50 per pound instead of the quoted $2.50. No reason given apart from clothes cost extra for wash and fold. When asked what else is there besides clothes to wash and fold he said towels!! Refused to pay and price was dropped back to $2.50. Be Careful!!

My wife recently brought in her dress that is for our daughters wedding. It is a satin dress that as we did find out is sensitive to staining by water. She thought she had touched it with her hands still wet and there was a light discoloration left. She took it to Sparkle to ask them if they were able to take the stain out. The gentleman at the front took the dress to the back, he came back and said, not we cant get it out. But when she looked at it there were two more stains. She told him she hadn't given them permission to try and get the discoloration out but if they could. She pointed out that

The 2 women at the front desk are the rudest people I have met in a retail outlet in Salem. They treated me both unprofessionally and I felt it was a obnoxious. Having gone into this establishment earlier in the day I asked the woman at the desk if they could dry clean some upholstered cushions and she said, "Yes". I asked her how much they charge and she stated, " You have to bring them in so that I can see them." She also anecdotally stated, that they, "don't clean them at this facility but they send them out." I returned about an hour later with the cushions to get a price estimate but now there

Whatever you do, don’t pay these folks with a credit/debit card. Apparently they take that as an ok to keep your financial info and charge you at will.
Alterations were awful and don’t hold up. I informed them of one piece specifically and they took it to re-alter. As a consumer I would think they were doing this to rectify the issue but nope they charged me for a second alteration.
Many pieces came back ripped and appear to have been torn in their wash.
Beware!
