If you are like most people, when you think of chiropractic care, you think about your spine. Relief from back pain is the main reason that most people seek chiropractic adjustments. At Strive, we consider how the physiology of the human works to determine your individual recommendations. We start with the nervous system, because it is the master control center for the body.
If you are unable to print out this paperwork, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment at our Brookfield chiropractic office. It is also important to bring in a form of ID as well as any insurance cards that you would like to have a complementary benefits check run on. Next, you will sit-down for a one-on-one consultation with one of our chiropractic doctors.
The Palmer Package is a compilation of techniques taught at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa- The birthplace of Chiropractic, and Dr. Jon and Dr. Kylee's Alma Mater. Palmer Package Adjusting can be described as "Traditional Chiropractic Adjustments" or "Manual Adjusting". This technique is the most used of all chiropractic techniques and is the one probably most familiar to patients.

Not only has the chiropractic treatment provided improved my back, knees and neuropathy, but the service and customer care is wonderful. From Dr. Kylee and Dr. John to Kayla and Hannah (in no particular order) they are very friendly and take the time to get to know you as a person. It's a great experience all around and even if you're just thinking about treatment, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and go for a visit.

Strive Chiropractic is my second Chiropractic service I have used since I moved to Milwaukee. I love the friendly atmosphere that Dr. Jon and his staff creates at Strive Chiropractic. I find the whole team is well trained and knowledgable about the Chiropractic services they provide. I really enjoyed the x-rays that shows the improvement before and after a treatment period. The whole team is very personable and make you feel welcomed and part of a larger community. Strive is a great place to go for chiropractic care. I was a little hesitant at first because I had never been to a chiropractor but I was in so much pain I thought I would give them a chance. They took care of me like family. I was in so much back pain and Sciatic nerve problems that it was hard to get out of bed and walk to another room in the morning. But every since I started Strive, I’m back to feeling better and able to move and walk with little pain. Thanks Dr. Stevenson for all your care and support.

I was having major back pain (upper, mid and lower) that started a few months ago. I decided it was time to see a chiropractor. I found Strive in Brookfield and made my first appt within a week. It’s been a month and my mid back pain has decreased quite a bit and my upper and low are so much better! Dr Jon does a great job explaining everything and I am 100% comfortable at each Appt. I have a few more months in my plan but I am already thrilled with the results I’m seeing! Cannot wait to get back to a pain free, or at least pain minimal life!! Did I mention how great the entire staff is? Always
