I brought my poor injured Mini Cooper in for body work. I thought my service consultant, Jose, said that my car would be ready by the end of the week. I clearly misheard because my car was ready at the end of the day. Since I didn't have another vehicle, Joel drove me home after I dropped off my car in the morning and picked me back up to retrieve it when the work was completed . My car looks like it came off the showroom floor. This is the second car I've had the body work repaired on here and both times my car was delivered back to me absolutely perfect. Every single person I talked to from beginning to end was friendly and efficient, caring and considerate. The body work for this last repair was very complex and had to be done right since my car is a lease and I am so thrilled with the job they did. Went in for an Alfa Romeo wheel refinishing, found out you guys were a certified Alfa shop via Google. Honestly didn't expect much but heard good things from the reviews. I had Tim as my service advisor and to be blunt I'm going to request him again if I ever need you guys again. Hes personable and is in the real when he speaks to you. Jose came over immediately, then quoted me a shocker price of “Free99”!
The minor paint job I needed was willingly done by Kerry, who ensured it was completed properly.

I contacted Collision Care Express regarding some minor damage to the paint in my car. A woman named Michelle responded snd asked if I could come to Pompano for an estimate. It was a bit of a drive so she also said they have a system for me to upload pictures and they do a virtual estimate. Great.
I had to take a minimum of 6 pictures of various spots in my car (where there wasn't any damage) and submit through their portal. I did so the same day the link was sent.
Waited 2 days, no estimate. Reached back out to them explaining I was still waiting and received an email asking me to select

Most people I talked to are really nice, but the paint quality is not good, not even after they repainted the bumper for a second time.
Price is higher than everybody else. I had many Porsche bumpers repainted and they all ran between $300-$500. This shop charged me $637 ($620 because they didn't have change). They charge you the 3% credit card fee if you don't pay cash
I had to drive to this shop 5 times during my work hours. Two times are expected to drop off and pick up, but 5 times? My boss wasn't happy about me being gone and none of my additional rides haven't been appreciated by this shop

I found Collision Care on yelp and Google and while looking through multiple reviews. The reviews seemed positive and the work appeared to be quality. So I decided to put my faith in the Internet and take the plunge. My vehicle had suffered a front end collision. The front bumper ,hood, radiator support

There have only been a few times in my life when I got more than I paid for. Collision Care Xpress took care of me like I was family. From the moment you walk in with your vehicle problem to the moment you leave problem free this staff is nothing but helpful, kind, patient and impressively ALL SMILES!!!! First and foremost, The minute you walk in you can feel the sense of customer care. The front desk was very attentive and extremely courteous. After waiting all of about two minutes, Emilio was already inspecting the damage on my vehicle and working on the estimate. I literally was there for all on ten minutes. I had a minor accident in the parking lot and had to get my car towed to Collision Care Xpress. The initial estimate for the repairs was a couple of weeks, fair enough. And on the day that it was estimated to be picked up they say that it's going to take another week. Now I start panicking because I was going on a vacation for a month from the new estimated date. So, I inform them that I really need the car before I leave for the vacation and they assure me that the repairs would be finished by then for sure. Again, I call them on the day

Referencing their reply DIRECTLY, what I was looking for has ZERO to do with FIXING the convertible top to my car. The third item I listed involves body work and service. They simply DIDN'T want to do it, they barely LISTENED to me, and they TREATED me like I was a STUPID female who knew zero about my car. So while the EMPHASIS in their REPLY is on my convertible top, there was NO repair to my top needed or asked for. It's a NEW top that was put on last year. It's STILL new. If I needed repair to the top, I'd have searched for a place SPECIFIC to repairing of convertible tops
