They were very responsive to my initial request for service. The technicians arrived on time. They were very cordial, polite and professional. Zack did an excellent job at diagnosing the issue, explaining everything to me and completing the repairs needed. I'll be using Ambient Comfort for my HVAC needs in the future.

I have been searching for help with our HVAC system for a year now. All these companies want new installs or basic repairs, if it's a challenge to figure out what's wrong nobody wants to take it on. I have never experienced this with any other trade. So for this one, the next one to disappoint... in-depth conversation with the service manager, explained our troubles and went on to explain how we can't find a reliable HVAC company to even come out and scratch their head aboutit, to which he says, we will! Finally, a decent HVAC company, so I thought. Three months later, no call back, no service

Technician thoroughly checked over the heater to check to see if he could find a problem and the only thing he could figure out was a new thermostat but the price was outrageous at $350. Thermostats definitely don't cost that much and I had to call PSEG back to have them install one which I don't know if they're going to do for me or not.
