This is one of the times in which you would hope you can give ZERO stars. as a potential customer, i am glad now that he never followed up or answered any of my text messages or voicemails. i don't understand how you can stay in business with such horrible responsiveness and lack of basic courtesy. all you needed to do is tell me you were too good...or too busy. it takes 2 seconds to send a text message. but having someone wait for you all day after you promised to show up, is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Horrible service. Left my back gate wide open for two days until we returned from vacation and discovered it. Had no idea how to repair a timer or pool lights. Installed suction covers without asking first. Doesn't keep to regular days or times. Used very little chlorine tablets and pool started to turn green. Terrible.

This company services me for the last year. One day this company decided to clean my filter on my brand new concrete and left all the mess there. Also they left without even cleaning my pool. This was very unprofessional. When I tried contacting them about there service they did not return my call or respond.
