Update: Brian continued to check on the stock of the part that I needed and was able to obtain one. I finally got my screen replaced today and it's like a brand new phone! I dropped it off around 3:30 and was ready for pickup around 5. Other places told me a minimum of 4 hours. I have two other screens that I will definitely take to them when I get the chance.
I haven't actually been able to use their services, this is due to the part I'm needing being out of stock everywhere. However, Brian has reached out to me multiple times this past week to let me know that he's followed up and it still seems

I wish I could give them more stars, William is hands down one of the best and most educated employees I’ve ever met at any job, he’s extremely intelligent and helpful and goes above and beyond to help each customer. I work on the second floor of the building so I stop in here fairly regularly. Snacks and drinks are reasonably priced. Got them to do a data recovery a few months ago and they were very quick.

Express Mobile Techs, is the place to go. All of the staff know what they are doing. Took my phone in today and Jason fixed my problem, and saved all of my info. I have been using them for all of my phone needs for the last couple of years. I have purchased a few phones from them, they have great prices. I have never been disappointed with their service....
