I had been a customer of CLH for over fifteen years, but recently my agent retired and my account was handed over to Cathy Sills. This was when things went downhill fast. I needed to get new quotes on my auto insurance due to Michigan’s change in the law in terms of required coverage. Cathy was extremely slow in communicating with me, was completely unprofessional, and ignored my requests for certain types of coverage. It wasn’t like this happened over a matter of a few days, it was over a week and a half, and I still find.’the have the correct quotes. I don’t know how she even has a job

We cannot express how happy we are to have switched our home owners and auto insurance to CLH. Mike, Josh, and office staff are easy to contact, communicate often, and they are highly service-oriented. They are a local business that is involved in our community and they care about their customers. We were also pleasantly surprised with the quick… response of their claims service when our daughter hit a deer. The process was super easy and they contacted us right away to get her car into a local repair "express shop" without having to wait for a claims adjuster to show up. Thank you, CLH
