Patrick and his team did an excellent job removing two loads of items from our house in preparation for its sale, and our related departure. He is a solid guy and I observed him to be very professional, considerate, courteous, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. The turnaround time in-between loads was just as he said, and overall, his team was highly efficient and effective. This is a locally owned, affordable and professionally operated company. When you call or email you are communicating with someone in our area, not like these 1-800 removal services. I had a cast iron tub that needed removal from the second floor of my home. From my first contact with Swick's, to the tub out the door, the communication and transparency was efficient and professional. Do not waste your time with these other outfits, Swick's got the job done, timely and at the best price.

My husband and I cleared out a small mobile home that had been a storage building for years, as part of a remodel project.
