Ross Tire is a number one choice for me. Professional, honest and educational. Always greeted with a smile and excellent service.. I had questions about my vehicle and felt a need to learn about maintenance. They were happy to educate me, with what was needed and not needed at this time. Love the location. 1 hour and 35 minutes to patch a tire after being told it shouldn't take long.
Went to get a nail in my back tire patched. Showed up right before 8am and was told “shouldn’t take too long” and they brought it to the back after maybe 5 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later they lift it up to start working on it. An hour and a half to patch a tire with 1 nail with no update or explanation or apology - absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back.
