I further understand that as part of the procedure, eye irritation, itching, discomfort and in rare cases allergic reactions may occur. For my first time being there I was beyond impressed. The outside the salon made it look ordinary, but once you walk in it's an extraordinary place. The staff was very welcoming and the salon itself was up depar with beautiful decor and very clean. Not to mention the fair prices for the services. The areas were well divided for the services they preformed. Julia, my nail tech was very friendly, informative and very professional. She did such an amazing job that I booked my next appointment right away. Definitely not disappoint and Kenosha has a hidden gem in this place.

Courtney, the real owner (it was Jenny I'd dealt with before) went really above and beyond to make things right. She called me and reached out through a friend of mine who's her client, to express how unacceptable she felt my last treatment was. I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services.
