Five stars isn’t enough for the good folks at White. We were headed home to CA after visiting relatives on the East coast, pulling our brand new travel trailer. We had stopped for fuel about 35 miles west of Memphis and were just merging back onto I-40W when the front axle of the trailer separated from the rest of the suspension. (See pictures.) Fortunately, the trailer remained manageable. We limped down to the next exit and parked in a truly disgusting pullout, lots of trash and human waste. We called AAA only to be informed that the roadside assistance plan we had covered our truck but not

They where so nice to me. I had a Penske truck that broke. they sent out a mechanic determined it was unable to be driven moments later the record showed up towed my truck to my hotel. then the next day they told my truck and the new truck that Penske sent out to me and unloaded everything off my truck and into the new truck. staff was super… patient kind and considerate and made my problem their problem and wanted to solve it as quickly as they could to make my trip better than what it was already happening. thank you for all you have done for me.

Had a uhaul trailer tire blow out with 15 more hours left of my trip at night and thought for sure I was going to be stuck all night waiting for service and these fellas at white motor company saved the day was stuck on the side of the road for less than an hour I’d give 10 stars if it let me

I want to give a big shoutout to Carlton and Kendall as they both did a wonderful outstanding job as they were hauling my 09 prostar from East Camden, Ar to Fairview, Tn and they are nice people and I would… recommend them and there experience to anybody that requires a tow from a stranded vehicle to anything they did wonderful and would use them again if needed ... I work for Fortson moving Systems in Oneonta, Alabama. We had a move up here and had a truck break down on us and make for a terrible day. Joey came out in a timely manner and helped turned a rough day around. He towed us from Forrest City to Memphis. Joey is an employee that many companies would love to have. Great at his job and an even better person. Joey is the man. I’ll definitely recommend.

We are an extremely grateful family of four! We learned our lesson in following GPS in trying to avoid a congested interstate. Three hours of being stuck in the mud on an unknown farm road between two major crops was an interesting addition to our family road trip to Tennessee. He arrived promptly as he could after calling to get exact directions that we couldn't provide since we are from another state. We sent pictures via text. He was kind and didn't make us feel dumb for being stuck. He happily pulled us out and led us on our way.
