Stopped in at the Store on 8th Street in Colorado Springs with the intentions of purchasing a mattress. There was one person sitting at a desk in the back and what we assumed were 2 customers, who were chatting about everything but mattresses. The employee ignored our presence and never once said I’ll be with you soon or any form of customer service displayed. Bob’s got it! But it sure isn’t good customer service. I’ll let you know who got our business but it sure won’t be Bob’s.

This is a perfect place to get your mattress at, My husband and I went here and got a new mattress and love it, it is a Evo and when your spouse gets up or moves around you can not feel it.This mattress is so comfortable that we sleep all night. The people that helped us was super nice and helpful, plus when we went to bobs for our mattress we were able to meet Bob and we told him what we were looking for and he took his time to help us find the right mattress. Thanks Bob I diffently will go back and only there.

My wife has back issues and we needed to upgrade from our mattress in a box. Bob Jr. was very helpful and through answering all of our questions and made the process very easy. We were very pleased with our choice Bob explained in detail and even arranged next day delivery, Thank you 👍 I highly recommend to think outside the box from other Big box stores and visit Bob's Discount Mattress!

I was so nervous about doing a purchase online (without stepping foot into the store.) However when I called I got to speak with a well spoken, polite young lady. She was able to answer all my questions, give me a wide range of options. She also set up delivery( they have the shortest wait and best prices of all the places I called). My purchase arrived on time! I’m highly satisfied with the product and service. I’ll be using them for future purchases.

This was by far the easiest mattress buying experience in my life. My wife and I went in with no idea what we wanted or needed. Erik and Robert took the time to not only ask questions to help us decide, but also recommended a few products without the normal "sales pressure" techniques. We are genuinely happy with our purchase and both of us are enjoying the best sleep we've had in years. I would recommend anyone who is in the market to swing by and see what they can do for you!!!!

I had gone to many different retailers, trying to find the perfect mattress with no luck. I was on my way to a different store when I saw Bob's, so I decided to check them out. The moment I walked in. I was greeted with a smile. I told the young man what my price range was. He was very informed on all of the Beds. He didn't try to sell me anything out of my price range. The other young man was just as friendly and professional I Recommend Bob's discount mattress to everyone.

I received fast and friendly service and for a great price. I asked for a king sized plush that was out of stock, but as soon as it was available I was able to complete my order by phone and delivery was fast. Very professional and helpful staff! Not to mention I was given a delivery window between 9 and 11am and they arrived at the top of the 9 o’clock hour. It’s just after 10am and my kids and I now have a comfy bed to take our afternoon nap in.

My husband and I decided that we were going to get a new bed with our tax return. My two weeks' worth of time being sick last month made it apparent that our old mattress had seen better days.
We started at Denver Mattress. They had lovely beds, but the cost was anywhere from $2000 to $4000 for a king set. We then traveled to American Furniture Warehouse and found a bed that we both liked that would be $2100 + delivery + recycling fees.
We then drove back to our neighborhood, where we ended up at an old strip mall and Bob's Discount Mattress. The store looked a little rough, but we found a king
