Mr. Hensel arrived on time, he was courteous, pleasant, thorough and professional. I believe he gave me a very good value, because I needed a 4 point inspection, and possibly, also a wind mitigation. Mr. Hensel of CheckMARK Home Services quoted me price for both which was less that someone else quoted me for just the 4 point inspection.

We are purchasing a new home and Mark did the pre-purchase inspection for us and he really exceeded our expectations for what a home inspector should be! The price was very reasonable and he was professional, courteous, and thorough.
