I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with DC Metals. I tried to recycle a large pile of hurricane shutters and panels through Lee County and was told to put them in the dump. When I called DC Metals, Mark came within the hour and hauled them away to his recycle center. Great guy! Great operation!

Pleased with the service that DC Metals Recycle provided. Mark (owner) actually gave me some helpful advice as a future reference. He also was very understanding and kept his word of when he would pick the scrap metal. He notified me when the job was done as well. DC Metals Recycle is a great place only had a little bit of random metal we sorted and once they said a price to me they ended up giving me more than what they originally said. I'm definitely going to this place for now on and the hours are great open 7 days a week and they are open till 9PM. I'm sold. Thanks DC metals!

When I called to investigate having some metal items picked up from my home, I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and helpful the staff was. We called each other several times to make sure we had the details correct, and after talking I knew I wanted to work with this man as he was so respectful, kind, and returned calls as he promised he would. Its nice to find a true gentleman in business, and even nicer to support his efforts.

Mark took time to come out and look at a work van to give me a quote on even tho we weren’t making any deals on the spot. He was very kind and honest. He also offered to take some other scrap that we have laying around! We’re probably going to end up going with D C because when speaking with Mark over the phone he was very polite and understanding, unlike the other companies I called.

The owner of three company came right to our house and paid us to take the rubbish metal we gaff collected over the years. Very much a gentleman and helpful. I give 5 stars for all around excellent customer service, great communication informing constantly any updates that may interfere with arrival. While collecting he was training another individual about scrapping, he showed kindness and patience, exhibited excellent teaching methods through showing and explaining, then finally explaining pros and cons. All around great experience, way better than that 195 nonsense, no names of course.
