I am a Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Attorney who has been practicing in Illinois since 1996. Most of my work has been in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation - but I have handled family law matters, business matters, real estate, general litigation, social security disability and bankruptcy law matters.
I have tried cases at almost every level in the Illinois legal system, including civil cases, workers compensation claims, and administrative cases (like Social Security or Illinois Human Services). In addition, I have handled several appellate cases as well.

Services
In addition to jury and workers compensation awards, below is a short list of some of my legal results obtained on behalf of my clients over the years. Workers compensation benefits awarded after an Appeal for a home-health worker whose claim was first denied by the Arbitrator for serious neck and back work-related injuries.
I try my best within the limits of the law to get the best results for my clients, but I also try to be as attentive and responsive as I can during the representation. I believe that how clients are treated and how they feel when they walk away from the case are as important as the results obtained.
Most attorneys - including myself - do not charge up front for handling injury cases. Attorneys fees are paid only if the client recovers and it is generally some percentage of the settlement and recovery once the case is over. These types of fees are called "contingency fees" because they are contingent upon recovery to the client.
