The staff was nice. The showroom has many many tiles to choose from and flooring options it's like being a kid in a candy store. I found several pieces I liked.

Make sure you verify the box counts on your order. Order was short 1 box and no surveillance to verify shortage even though they say they have surveillance. Tile is expensive, shipping is outrageous. Make sure you order more than needed, half a case was broken. I gave them 4 stars because Paula was helpful but other female staff members were not so much. If i had a do over I would purchase from Lowe's or Home Depot

Worst company. You would be wise to spend your time and money elsewhere. Owner Dean Coticchia doesn't know the business or his products. More worried about designing beer koozies than taking care of his customers. He totally ignored a warranty claim on tile he distributes and blames an obvious manufacturer defect on installer error.

Great service and plenty of product options. The consultant we worked with was extremely helpful in putting together a bathroom design. Our sales person yesterday was extremely helpful too.

This was my first visit to Design Surfaces to look at granite countertops for our kitchen. From the moment I walked in (wearing dingy mechanical work uniform) I was treated like family. I was professionally assisted with the guidance I despretly needed.(let's face it we don't do this everyday and have no clue where to start). Long story short, I left with samples and absolute confidence that this is the company I'm doing business with. Thank you for making this an easy step to our kitchen remodel. Now let's hope the other trades measure up!?

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience there. Pam was who greeted us. She was friendly until we said we were on a budget. Her customer service skills went down from there.
She did show us around the granite and quartz in the warehouse area, but was not helpful when we asked for floor samples.
She never returned my calls when I left her messages. She did not make us feel valued as customers so we went elsewhere.
