Dr. Erin Bang-Crooks' mission at Ivy Dentistry is to provide comprehensive dental care to all her patients in a nurturing, reassuring and comfortable environment. Chris is the best dental technician I have ever had! I rarely have any issues so I usually choose a dentist office based on the tech who does my cleanings and liked Chris right away. Recently I had a crown fall off and during the replacement I needed to be numbed. I was scared so Chris held my hand, made me laugh and kept me distracted the entire time. I am very thankful for her and so happy Ivy Dentistry has her on staff. <3

I was in the Ivy dentist office the same day my scheduled appointment was canceled by another dentist office for not taking my insurance. Got on the phone with Ivy dentist right then and the took me in right then. The full staff was very nice to me. After brief paperwork, I was in the chair. The took good care of me. The doctor and her tech made process so easy that I didn’t feel any pain. I am going back for work. 🙏🏾

First time with this practice and left looking forward to my next visit. Who says that about their dental visits? Great staff, very accommodating, and most importantly, everyone seemed to really enjoy being there and working together, and everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend. There were some questions regarding my coverage and a follow up was necessary. As promised, they followed thru. Please consider them for your dental needs.

Dr. Bang has been my dentist for about 10 years now and I won’t use anyone else even though she’s an hour from my home. She’s almost like family now. Her staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bang always has takes her time to explain everything and address any concerns I have. Her hours are very accommodating to my schedule also which is so important since I travel a good bit to see her. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a dentist.

Excellent Dentist and Staff. Dr. Bang-Crooks is petite so she is able to perform her work very delicately while you feel extremely comfortable. Her staff is pleasant, attentive and intelligent. It was fortuitous that I found Dr. Bang-Crooks on a Saturday in need of emergency dental work after a long business trip. I instantly felt back to normal after my appointment. The event was quick and painless. You should also know the office has modern equipment and the facility is clean. I would refer this Dentist, all the Dental Assistants and Office Manager at this location to anyone with confidence.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and personable staff. Exceptionally knowledgeable and personable doctor. Emphasis on aesthetics as well as hygiene. Very attuned to preventing discomfort. In my 44 years this is by far the best experience I have had with a dentist's office. Even if it is a farther Drive than other options it is well worth it.

Amazing Dentist! She takes care of both my wife and I. Dr. Bang puts up with my dentist issues and my finacial concerns. She is a professional, Huss a great staff and is open on Saturdays. Find a Dentist open in Alpharetta/Roswell open on Saturday other than Ivy Dentistry and I'll buy the first person to show me a box of chocolates. Great Dentist, great care!

Dr.Bang has been my dentist for over 5 years now.Her staff has always greeted me with a smile and have accommodated my schedule without hassle. During my cleaning the hygienist are very nice, which makes the process go by faster. Last year they had a Christmas party, I didn't expect that but it was nice. I can write a long review but you'd be best suited going to try them out for yourself.

Ivy Dentistry - Please stop trying to contact me. I am NOT interested in speaking with you or returning to your place of business. I absolutely WAS a customer there and DO NOT wish to disclose my full name to avoid badgering. Dr Bang was my dentist there and you MOST CERTAINLY were using a discount site and that's exactly how I found you and came in. I shouldn't be shocked you'd lie about that, but I am. I mean, why lie about that?? You can continue to try to discredit me, but it's only making your business & staff look worse.
