I've received botox in offices all across the country and I've never had an appointment take 1.5 hours, even on a first visit. When I walked through the door the person behind the desk was on the phone and didn't look up to acknowledge, so I sat down. Eventually someone from another desk came over with a clipboard and asked for insurance card. Why waste my time and your paper when this isn't a covered procedure? But I complied. Dr. Bonati is not only kind, friendly and fun to talk to, her knowledge and extensive training on cosmetic procedures and lasers is superior to any other doctor I've seen! She explains things so well and routinely provides beautiful results. I always leave her office feeling refreshed and youthful, without looking plastic or overdone. I went to this office to have pre-cancerous lesions frozen based upon the suggestion of my previous dermatologist. I asked for a quote before we got started and the dermatologist said, "$10 per lesion..." I had 9 so $90 which sounded fair to me. I had them all frozen (terrible outcome, I'm scarred for life) and paid $90. About one month later, I received a bill for $176. I called the billing department and they told me it was for the office visit to remove skin tags. I told them that there must be some mistake, I already paid my bill.
