Very friendly and efficient and they are accommodating with appointments for working folks. I was having trouble hearing with my 5 year old hearing aids, Teddi gave me the most comprehensive haring test I ever had to help determine the next steps. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I received the maximum benefit available
