Terrill Title Co., Inc. had its start with Ralph Wilson and Harold Foley who owned the Wilson and Foley Abstract Company. The abstract company was purchased by Max and Eleanore Terrill in the summer of 1932 from Mr. Wilson and Mr. Foley. In the early days and up until the 1970's, the Company made abstracts of properties for their customers.

As an additional convenience to our customers we have developed both "online" and "offline" forms for placing orders for our services. The following table lists the available forms and descriptions. Since the 1950's, Terrill Title Co., Inc. has published a weekly report of filings from the McDonough County Courthouse. Used by many businesses, this report is a comprehensive list of all deeds, mortgages, releases, suits, judgements, divorces and probate matters that are filed for record. Subscriptions run from January to January, or we offer a 6 month subscription option (January - June and July - December) if the customer desires.

WCI Lender Services, Inc. started as Terrill Tax Service in 2003 to fill the needs of small to medium sized lenders in monitoring real estate tax payments on their loan portfolios. Our clients submit their loan information to us and we monitor and report back due dates, delinquent payments, and tax sale information.
