SCAM STAY AWAY. I would give them zero star if that was an option. Francisco Hernandez got paid $2000 and never provided any service as per our agreement. He never answered my phone calls aftrr he knew his technicians were not at my home to install The audio system as we agreed upon on Monday, March 15-2021. He never responded to my emails, Texts or request of Refund. Stay away. I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a police report. I purchased a new 65" TV and contacted this company on 4/19/19 to install it. They said it would be $200. and that would include connecting it to my receiver and connecting the wires from my surround sound speakers to the receiver. All of the wiring was already in the wall and the ends of the wires were in the cabinet and ready to connect. On their website , TV installation service includes TV wall mount installation and AV source integration. He told me connecting the surround sound speakers would be included in that price. Thank you for the wonderful job hiding all those cable and wires that were going to my above the fireplace TV. And I appreciate the care you took in even the smallest detail such as making sure the wall plates were on accurately.
And Francisco, thank you for the beautiful component case, the receiver and hooking up all those cables. The center channel works perfectly for all needs and thank you for recommending staying with my old speakers and subwoofer. It saved me money. The Bluetooth transmitter for subwoofer works perfectly.

The gate into the backyard was repaired that hadn't worked properly in years! Others had tried and failed, yet Steve had an ingenious idea, and came through with flying colors. It works like a charm now. A LONG ignored roof leak caused extensive damage to sheetrock. So much in fact, that a large hole was created.

After contacting Multimedia Tech to install a Fireplace TV mount i was given an installation quote. The price included the TV Mount itself, a Sound Bar Mount, and installation.
Someone was sent out and did a poor job installing the TV mount(not level). I asked why the Sound Bar Mount was not being installed at the same time. I was told the Sound Bar Mount was not shipped yet and would be contacted when it was ready to install.

I used multimedia tech to install a tv above my fire place. They charged my debit card two times for two different amounts. I called to try to resolve issue with company directly and they said they would issue a refund. I waited 15 business days (the amount of time they said to wait) without 800$ in my bank account. I ended up having to cancel my bank card and dispute charges with my bank because they never issued the refund. They basically stole $800+ from me and my family. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm still waiting to be contacted for when this company is going to pick up all of this valuable equipment that they left at my home several months ago and expected me to return it to them. It's been several months now. If I don't hear back from them, I will discard by the end of the month.

TL;DR - Multimedia Tech folks come off lazy and unprofessional. Got another company to come out. They were awesome and beat Multimedia Tech's ridiculous quote. I now have all my rooms networked and a lovely network closet.

Installer wasn't the friendliest guy I ever encountered, but I would have appreciated more care taken during the installation process because I CERTAINLY DON'T APPRECIATE RAZOR BLADE MARKS in the back of my new TV. If you're going to be opening up boxes with box cutters, at least make sure you don't hit the freaking TV.

This guy is a complete CROOK!!! He gave me a quote, took my payment and never showed up. I called, text and emailed him SEVERAL times with no response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, was refunded the money by Chase then got a letter a month later with him stating that he did the work prier to taking the payment. He did nothing but give me a quote and take my money. I have now had to send all the emails and proof of another company coming to my house and doing the job. PLEASE BE WARE THIS GUY (FRANCISO HERNANDEZ) IS A LIAR AND A CROOK!!!

After posting my review, the owner contacted me to fix the problem. He apologized for the delay, explained that a refund was mistakenly given to the wrong customer and delivered a cashier's check to my office that day. He also came by the house to make sure everything was working properly and reminded me that their equipment comes with a warranty, should anything go wrong again. I appreciate the owner doing the right thing and putting in the effort to fix things.

Very satisfied with these guys. I just had another company no-show me a few days before, so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. But these guys were excellent in communicating with me. They were able to schedule my appointment SAME DAY and texted/emailed me with updates all afternoon to let me know when my technician was on his way. The tech also called me when he was on his way and when he arrived. The tech that arrived was very professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly and everything looks perfect! This is our third time using multimedia tech. They've installed three wall mounted TVs and installed an attic antenna in our quest to get rid of cable. Their techs are very knowledgeable and go out of the way to make sure every detail is perfect, making sure you know how to use your new system before leaving. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

After previously making a complaint I was contacted by Francisco within 48 hours. He was very flexible and came in on a Saturday morning to install my TV. He showed up on time and was extremely quick and effective with the install. Polite and friendly customer service PLUS fast and cheap install? Best experience with a company like this in Houston!

I found this company online and got a quote for some work. The technician did not come on the day scheduled, but he did come the next day after calling to ensure we were available. The had marked on my wall and had hardware spread over my patio when he stated that he would not do the work that was quoted at the price that was promised then he left this mess for me to deal with. I called this company after reading several reviews about the service they perform on google. While the ratings were not bad, I'm not sure the ratings accurately reflect the competence and high quality service that I personally received. I needed to troubleshoot my media room for problems related to less than optimal settings and a couple of older pieces of equipment that I thought I would need to replace. After the technician reviewed the setup, it took him no time at all to find and rectify the problem. He could have tried to milk the situation but he didn't. This seems to be an above

After all the horror stories I heard from friends using Geek Squad for home theater installations, I decided to research some local companies and gave multimedia tech a shot. Francisco did a great job of walking me though the whole process. Ended up with a very clean installation that I've received several compliments on from friends and family who have visited. Quality, timely work from a local Houston company- couldn't ask for better.
