Labor Link
Labor Link is locally owned and operated in Terre Haute, Indiana. We provide both skilled and unskilled workers to help you fill all of your employment vacancies. We strive to offer you the most advantageous and effective personnel possible. In order to meet this goal, we have a number of policies in place that provide you with the best answer to all of your staffing needs.
Services
HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN: Todd Hein, the owner and President, has worked in the staffing industry since 1998 for a national chain company. He worked his way up from a branch manager to a district manager; however, in the eight years with this company Todd noticed a common trend. He felt the temporary employees were not treated right by the company he worked for.
Labor Link treats their temporary employees as people and not just a number. Without our temporary employees there would be no Labor Link. We strive to send our employees out on jobs that they can go to work and come home safely to their families. Labor Link believes that customer service is the key to what we do.

Nice staff that work hard to get you a job fast. I would go back if I ever needed work in a pinch.

They tell you they have a job and you tell them no day to day but then they lie and say that's all they have but the next person to walk in behind you gets a factory job that they supposedly didnt have or they send you into work places where conditions are horrible and safety is not taken seriously. How this place can call itself an employment agency is beyond me. Do the bare minimum for you and doesnt even look over your qualifications. If your a machinist, I hope you like scrubbing toilets! Cause if you dont look the part it doesn't matter what you know! They will give you a job that isnt minimum

Do not I REPEAT , do not try to work for them. I went in to work for advics and they advertise $10 an hour. The work is extremely tiring and after one week, 4 days of work, my check was $257. I tried to work a second week and when the second day of the week came, they told me that the plant would be closed the next day. My supervisor didn't tell me anything I over heard the workers talking about it. So after one week of pain and a $257 check which I knew I would be getting the following week I decided to quit. So I worked for 2 days equivalent to 15 hours on my check and my check came out

They always have pretty good people ready on a overnight notice. You do, however, get what you pay for: offer minimum wage and you get minimum wage quality.
