Completely unprofessional. No weather expected however they canceled our rental after confirming because they didn’t wanna make the drive. I paid my deposit three weeks in advance and asked if they make sure they knew where it was so that they could deliver. I paid extra for delivery for a distance greater than 10 miles. I was assured it was fine then they canceled an hour after they were supposed to be at my residence. Horrible service. Super disappointed. I do not recommend at all. I should also mention that I am a returning customer this is not the first problem.

Great place for rentals. Fairly priced, my only complaint is that rentals cannot be reserved unless you pay full price. Product is provided on a first serve first come basis. However the product is in great condition, customer service is wonderful and they are very reliable. I highly recommend using Happy Face.

I called to reserve a bounce house for my daughter's birthday two weeks ago. I called today to make sure everything is set for the date. I was informed that the bounce house I ordered wasn't available and had to be repaired and that I could purchase another one for 50 dollars more. No one called me to let me know this i had to call them. The lady proceeded to send pics of the new house I responded 5 mins later letting her know that I wanted it and to book it. Horrible experience with these guys. We ordered the bouncy house they canceled on us at the last minute and lied to us saying somebody was injured. They refuse to pick up their stuff and threatened to keep charging us if we don't deliver the tables and chairs when they specifically said that they were going to pick them up. Avoid them at all cost they are very childish they won't answer the phone when you call them to pick up their equipment

I booked a bounce house on the 3rd of the month for June 15th. I checked back with them yesterday (June 13th) to make sure everything was a go for this Saturday and was told that the bounce house I requested was no longer available due to repairs. Now had I not confirmed they would not have said anything and its 2 days until my childrens birthday party. I asked them what else was available and they sent me a picture on some little slide, (mind you I have 2 bigger kids) then they sent me a picture of a bigger slide which I would have been ok with, but they want to charge me $90 more than what the

No star rating isn’t available. We ordered an advertised slide and the guys who delivered showed up with the wrong slide claiming insurance doesn’t cover. This cash-up front business seems pretty fishy and $172 for only a few hours not even overnight sounds like someone running a second hand business. I will follow up Monday.
