Coco and her team were extremely helpful after the passing of my mother. I was easily able to obtain information through their website, and Coco called me to make arrangements very quickly. My mother's direct cremation was accomplished in a just a couple of weeks. They are very caring there, and they are also very efficient at helping you with your arrangements. The affordable price is a huge plus too. I would recommend them without hesitation based on my personal experience.

Alternative Cremation & Funeral Service was extremely helpful and compassionate during a very difficult time. Both Susan and Coco were a pleasure to work with especially since the next of kin both lived out of state. Coco was also very helpful in recommending the services of others to help with various tasks: sale of home, where donations could be made, etc. These recommendations turned out to be wonderful. I was referred to Alternative Cremation by Alive Hospice, along with 2 other choices. I called last because the name threw me off. (What's "Alternative" about their process?) However, after speaking with the first 2, I had the privilege of speaking with Coco. She was the kindest, most empathic person thus far, and spent 45 minutes taking the information about my Mother's death. Susan helped me thereafter, and she was also superb! I highly recommend this service.
