They NEVER answer the phone and take days to respond..
Although my rims turned out nice, part of the $600 fee was to cover a wheel balance. After picking up my car I noticed the car was out of balance. It took a few days to get someone to respond to my request to get it corrected (left a couple messages that they never responded to, although their voice mail states they return calls daily between 1-3p). After my third call, I got a text response saying they were busy to feel free to text instead.. I immediately responded and never got a reply. I followed up the next day and set an "appointment
