The team at Elder Needs Law did a wonderful job helping my mother get the Medicaid benefits to which she is entitled. The process is convoluted and so confusing that it looked impossible to do it myself - I'm a CPA & good at following forms and instructions, but this was way beyond what a nonprofessional could do.

We needed the assistance of a Medicaid/Elder Law specialist for our mother in a LT care nursing home. They provided us a list of attorney's and Jason Neufeld was on it. We did some research and were very impressed by his website which had a wealth of information on this topic along with very informative videos. I spoke to Jason Neufeld for 45 minutes. It was at 6 pm and he was still working, but he nonetheless spoke to me about my situation. I have been disabled pretty much all my life. I am a quadriplegic and my situation is quite complicated. Jason was patient, extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me some very insightful ideas. Unfortunately, I live in New York and Jason is licensed in Florida. But nonetheless he was able to put me in contact with someone who could help me in New York. I would strongly recommend Jason. He demonstrates qualities which are so lacking among many lawyers today.
