I had a cracked iphone screen that he replaced. Within 30 days the new screen stopped working where it didn't respond to any touch. I went back in and he says it could be anything but it probably is the screen. Then he points to his small sign that says he only has a 7 day warranty. He didn't even offer to open it up and see if it is just a connection issue. Poor customer service and they need to go to 30 day warranty like other repair services in the area. I will have my phone repaired at a more reputable business.

When someone put a pin lock on my new lg k51 and i couldnt unlock it, t-mobile told me they could do nothing and ver batum that the phone was a "paper weight." I brought the device to the phonefix pro kiosk at lloyd center as a last ditch effort to salvage the all but brand new 300$ paper weight I had just gotten from tmobile. Based on what they had said in the store, I had very little hope that Edwin, the young man working the phone fix pro kiosk, would be able to give me any good news, but alas after about 10-15min of what I can only call hi-tech wizardry, my phone was fixed! 100% better as if

It should have -5 star review. My husband brought his iPhone screen to be fixed (minor crack).
After we came back 30 min later or so we were in disbelief. We left with the whole screen broken and on top of that home button broken.
So frustrating and we ended up at the apple store with probably higher bill to pay if it's fixable at all.
This guy has no clue what he is doing.

Either it's a big scam or the people don't know what they're doing. Got my screen replaced a week or so ago, things seemed normal for the first couple days. Now I can't use my phone because the screen is completely dark, I can hear sounds but no picture. I have to turn my phone of to get it reset and then it only last about 5 min before going dark. Really irritating.

AWESOME! Skip the Apple store and keep your dollars in the local community. These guys replaced the battery in my IPhone in 15 minutes!! My screen has a small crack and they took extra care to replace the battery without further damage to the screen. They were so kind, friendly, and efficient!
