After gaining experience of over 18 years and education in the child care field and parents themselves of 3 children, they found many flaws with the way in which the centers were operated, and the enormous cost parents were paying for below average childcare.

Infants | 6 weeks to 12 months | Serving Channahon, Crest Hill, Plainfield, Yorkville and Bolingbrook, IL. One of the most important qualities your baby experiences is love. Teachers rock babies that may have a bad day in the rocking chair and cuddle babies when they cry. Babies receive constant love and affection, and the highest level of care is always the expectation.
Toddlers | 13 to 24 months | Serving Channahon, Crest Hill, Plainfield, Yorkville and Bolingbrook, IL. Your toddler learns essential self-care skills and has the encouragement and guidance to propel them towards some all-important skills as the basis for their independence. Your child takes their brave first steps in learning independence.
Little Learner Children's Academy offers AM preschool for part-time preschoolers! AM class runs from 8:45 to 11:45.(times can vary depending on location) The preschool program is open to children between the ages of (older 2) 3 - 5 years old. Enrollment begins each year as early as January. The program starts after Labor Day.
Pre-K | 4 - 5 Years (must attend kindergarten in the Fall) | Serving Channahon, Crest Hill, Plainfield, Yorkville and Bolingbrook, IL. Teachers help your child learn incredible new cognitive and social skills, along with a better understanding of themselves, as keys to their future success. These are some of the most crucial developmental years in your child's life and they have ample love and support.

My son was enrolled here in 2019& 2020- and it was a positive experience. I pulled him out due to covid. I enrolled him again along with my daughter in may 2021. The entire staff had turned over when we went back….the new management is shameful and a nightmare to deal with. A huge downgrade from the staff who was working there for many years before Jessica& Michele. The owner, Melissa, was not helpful in her responses either, as she avoided my questions completely in her responses. If you value sending your kids’ to a daycare with decent morals / ethics …. then this is not the place for you

My children have been going here for 2 years. They love the daily activities and teachers are great! I as a parent love the pictures and daily updates that are sent throughout the day. Being an essential worker right now with the pandemic i am so grateful for little learners staff including Mrs. Deann, Mrs Kaci, and Mrs. Mauri. They have gone above and beyond to ensure a curriculum that is fun and entertaining for the children. After looking around for a daycare for quite sometime in the local areas I’m so glad we decided to go with Llca!! They were very welcoming, caring and patient as this was new for us. We feel so comfortable with their care. Karen, Casi and Deanne have been nothing but awesome to us from the start!! 5 stars plus!

The owner, Melissa is extremely rude and unprofessional. My kids were not her concern, it was my money. I couldn’t trust my kids would be safe and cared for under her management although I knew and loved the teachers. When we left I reminded her that I left because we had the option, which she had reminded me of! There are much better centers and options in the area.

My grandson just started going there. He is always happy when my daughter picks him up. They are taking good care of him ( 4 months old). I just have a problem with the way they handle contracts. They raised the rate of my daughters payments without letting her know or drawing up another contract for her to sign. I talked to the lady about it yesterday and she seemed very irritated to talk about it. I had my last two kids in daycare so I know the rules. I need someone above her to explain this to me. There is no problem with payments just how it was raised without any notice, verbally nor written

The staff at little learners in yorkville has been great. Their preschool program has taught my little guy so much. He has some new information he is so excited to tell me about everyday. Also during these crazy times we are experiencing they have taken the E learning and ran with it. So thank you to Deanne, Mari, Casi, and the rest of the amazing staff at little learners.
