Dr is AMAZING!! However staff member is RUDE! The first time my daughter and I went there the lady doing the exam was extremely rude to my 12 year old and had no patience at all when she was picking out glasses for the first time! Fast forward a year later and we had a very pleasant lady do the first part of the exam. However same crabby lady to assist in picking out glasses and she could of cared less that I was trying to stay reasonably priced since these frames were being bought out of pocket full price for my child since her first pair had already broke! Dr Reid was absolutely wonderful. However I will not be going back because the business staff told me one price for my glasses, then once placing my order told me another price.("because the prices changed within a week"-i called the company they were ordering from and confirmed that the prices had not changed) They also told me my glasses would be sent out a certain day and they hadn't sent them at all.

My mother-in- law needed eye exam for annual monitoring for her diabetes retinopathy/glaucoma . The lady who assisted her was very patience. She took time showing her different types & style of eyeglasses she can afford. Plus the routine exam was fast & efficient. I recommended this place specifically with families who are elderly. I'm giving them 5 stars.
