From our first car wash in Watertown Massachusetts in 1966 to our 20th location, it's been all about providing a great car wash and service experience for our guests. Our father Marshall Paisner while working in California discovered some of the first modern car washes in the country. Today we purchased the unlimited Ultra plan for $15 for the first two months!! Each car wash is $25 so this is a steal!!! Our car is looking amazing.
Edited to add: One issue I’ve noticed since originally reviewing is that while our plan advertised free use of self service vacuuming, snacks, etc, this specific location does not offer any of those perks.

Came here a while ago after getting my car serviced at a local car dealership. The gentlemen at the car wash entrance was very friendly, professional and helpful. I just got the standard full wash for 25 dollars. It takes a few minutes to get through the machine as the car wash apparatus' move through their sequential steps in the washing process. It was an Excellent car wash and my tires had a very nice shine on them. The only minor drawback is the dryer does not fully dry off the rear of the vehicle, especially the rear bumper and tail lights. I believe this is a very simple issue that can be

Update 4: got a refund check. Overall I’ve spent too much time dealing with this issue than I would have liked.
Update 3:
I reached out to the email provided 2 weeks ago and never heard back. It was confirmed by a mechanic earlier that my car is not leaking and that someone poured water into it.
Update 2: the smell completely came back after 6 hours. I don’t think it’s as simple as using the ozone machine. Will continue adding an update as this case proceeds.
Update 1. i called the service on Monday. Spoke with the manager who told me to bring the car back. The car stayed overnight for

Recently, I visited the Natick location for a routine car wash. Unfortunately my back windshield wiper was knocked off during the process. Not a common occurrence, but these things happen. Luckily, I happened to notice this before leaving the premises and contacted their management. Manager John P. assisted me with the issue. From the outset, he was extremely courteous and professional. He went back into the car wash to find the missing car part, and spent the time needed with me to report the issue so that he could order me a new replacement part. Unimpressed. What a shame, ScrubaDub Natick was much better in my previous visits. The Interior Plus cleaning was particularly disappointing. I'll snap a few photos. The whole interior looks like they just lazily wiped surfaces and didn't bother to actually clean anything. They left crud around the edges of everything. I'm shocked this is considered 'detailing', especially after taking nearly one hour. Ugh. Such a waste of time.
