The most important aspect of your water well is finding the right location. There is no water table in El Dorado County; instead, we have individual fracture bases with water running through the rock formations, similar to pipelines. Drilling in the wrong location could yield a very deep well with a low gallon-per-minute output and a high pumping cost.

I woke up on a Sunday morning with a non-functioning well pump. I called them a little after 7 am and they had me up and running by 9:45. Bryce was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the bad capacitor and failing pressure switch, The cost for parts was fair, as was the cost for labor -- especially on a Sunday morning.

We consulted with Scott on wells located on property we were considering to purchase in Shingle. We found Scott to be extremely informative and knowledgeable of wells and explained in a way we could understand. This company is amazing in the fact how they made time to come when we had well issues!

Triangle Well Drilling recently restored our 18 year old well and did an outstanding job. The well began failing on a Thursday and Scott, the owner, came out the very next day to inspect the situation. The work entailed the replacement of all major parts. These included the old damaged galvanized pipe with a new 40 PVC water line and valves, well pump, 85 gallon pressure tank, pressure gauge, filter and protective cover. In addition, at our request, they installed a water pump device to protect against damage if the water supply fails and there is no water pressure in the system. Special praise

Triangle Well saved the day again! Our well stopped working, of course after 5 PM on a Friday. I called and left a message thinking we'd be without water over the weekend. Mike called me back almost immediately, and told me he can come out the next day. But before we scheduled an appointment, he walked me through troubleshooting the problem, and was able to provide me a solution over the phone instead of coming out and charging a service fee to solve a simple problem. He told me how to file down the corrosion in our pressure tank's electrical box, and when I turned the power back on,

Customer service is not dead!. Triangle Well drilled the original well about forty years ago and the dug it deeper during our last drought. Ordinary well issues have happened and Scott has always responded within a reasonable time to my concerns. Our last episode was smelly water. We had the well/water tested and sanitized. It happened again. Scott advised me in a way that wouldn't cost me again and now all is well. (No pun intended). His knowledge, patience with a little ole lady, concern, and friendliness are such a value when dealing with the unknown.

Scott the owner of Triangle Well is off the charts when it comes to customer service. Our well went down 9:00 on Sunday morning labor day weekend. Scott called back within 10min, and showed up within 30min after that. After diagnosis, he let us know the well pump had failed after 9 years of service and the price to replace, excluding additional parts needed. He explained each step of the process and had the well up and running within 6 hours. I would definitely use Scott and Triangle Well in the future.

Here's the deal. I had a different well driller drill my well early on. I randomly picked the guy. He ended up drilling in the WORST spot ever. While all my neighbors hit water at 150 feet max and had 50 - 150 gallons per minute, I was at 700 feet with 7.5 gallons per minute. He also did a shoddy job with the install, and charged me $20K. Many problems ensued, some that can't be resolved and I have to live with. I don't want to say the name of that business, but I will say the owner's first name is Fred.
