I’m Glad before entering into a contract with them that they showed their true colors. I rather pay more money to deal with a company that actually wants to do business in a professional and responsive manner. The sales Rep is the biggest reason I won’t be doing business with them. I received a survey about my estimate and told them during that call I wasn’t satisfied and they didn’t even blink. I’ve even reached out to the office to see if they could assist with a simple request prior to signing the contract and giving them the 50% down. And still NOTHING! Most of these bad reviews are

Contacted Window world and met with Scott after comparing options with other companies for a quote on néw windows for the whole house. We decided to go with Window World for not only the value we are receiving but the quality of the windows, appearance and the professionalism of our rep Scott who was awesome!! He did not approach us with that sales pitch We would’ve walked away from yet he was down to earth and gave it to us straight no fluff! The sales staff at this location are excellent and worked well to get us the quality products that we wanted at a reasonable price. we were given a delivery estimate of 10-12 weeks but told it would most likely be 6-8 weeks. we paid a 50% deposit.
it is now 17 weeks later and we still don't have our windows. we just called and were told it MAY be another 7 weeks, but our order hasn't even shipped yet. when we asked why they didn't call and let us know, we were told that they don't do that, they wait for customers to call them.

At first everything went well. Windows are good, everybody was prompt, polite and easy to talk to at the start, then after 2 months of waiting the windows turned out to be of the wrong size. After this,… people I talked to spoke in irritated tone, and the person that responds to messages hardly responded anymore. Scheduling installation was a nightmare, one had to be home waiting the whole day for installer. 4-6 hours have to be allowed for them to show up. I only needed 4 windows and the last one had to wait 5 more days to be completed. I placed my order in April 2021 and complete installation

My husband and I ordered six windows on May 14, 2021 and were told by Kenny Wilson it would take 8-10 weeks for our windows to be delivered and installed. During this time we decided to add another window to our existing order and tried numerous times to reach Mr. Wilson to no avail. He never returned one phone call to us. Twelve weeks later we contacted WW to get an update and were informed it would be 12-14 weeks. Forward to 17 and 1/2 weeks I called WW and spoke with David Miller and asked for an update and was informed shipping date was Sept 13, 2021 which was the same date I contacted WW.

Kenny did a nice job presenting Window Worlds offerings. Pricing of products was the best. i had an estimate very quickly. He assessed my needs and quickly presented the right siolutions. The warranty information very valuable and explained well. Looking forward to getting my new windows and sliding doors.
