As the result of a customer driven initiative to remove all foam by 2013, a die-cut symmetrical corrugated insert was designed to replace the existing foam-in-place. Using a Korrvu insert, the packaging solution to the right is used for 9 different products, and was successful in eliminating more than 18 parts!

Badger Packaging Corporation was founded in October of 1965 by Thurman Anderson and Ed Laue with the goal of providing a quality product with exceptional service. After receiving a 10 year, 3 million dollar, letter of intent from Regal Ware Inc., construction began on the 30,000 square foot facility located just south of Kewaskum, Wisconsin.

In house structural design team utilizing CAD-CAM for fast turnaround of samples and revisions. Badger Packaging's design team can also provide set-up instructions, schematics, and CAPE analysis.
A record-high 63.4 percent of the paper consumed in the U.S. was recovered for recycling in 2009. This amount averaged 325 pounds for each man, woman, and child in the U.S. It is great news for the industry and the environment, and exceeds the industry's 60 percent recovery goal three years ahead of schedule.
