What started as a small husband & wife business in a 750 square foot shop behind their house quickly grew to a successful company now occupying over 6000 square feet in the Norman Industrial Park in Jacksonville, Texas. When asked about their quick growth & success, owner Brady Chapman says simply putting the customers first has been the best business strategy of all.
Entrepreneurs & east Texas natives, Brady & Rayne Chapman started Blue Goose Customs & Fabrication LLC in 2016. From late nights in their home garage to now a 5000 square foot shop in the industrial park of Jacksonville, Texas, this company has seen massive growth in it's lifetime and is expanding more and more each day.
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. CNC machines, like the one in the picture below, use computer systems to automate the manufacturing of metal products, parts & tools. CNC machines use very intricate, state of the art, software systems to efficiently handle the plasma cutting process. Here at Blue Goose, our equipment is something we take great pride in.
We have a 25'x15'x20' sand blasting room, multiple sand blasting cabinets as well as a state of the art phosphate steamer that ensures that all parts are cleaned & prepped properly prior to coating. This makes for a flawless finish on your product. When it's time for powder, your parts are sprayed with a Gema OptiSelect gun which is the best of the best available on today's market.
We primarily use Liftmaster brand operators. They come with a 2 year warranty. Openers are solar powered or hard wired, come with remotes, keypads, solar panels, automatic exit sensors, etc. You choose your own package! We offer a 1 year warranty on all our fabrication. We ordered some signs for our business and it took over 6 months for us to receive them and when we did they were messed up. Thankfully they agreed to remake them and seemed apologetic about the entire ordeal, while ensuring us it wouldn’t take that long. Here we are once again, months down the road and no signs, and no response to my inquiries as well. If/when this is all over we definitely would not recommend them nor will we ever use them again.

Had several products for different projects powder coated by them. They did a great job on almost everything, except for one part. There was a blemish in the powder coating on one part. After pointing it out, which it was in a tight spot that made it easy miss, they went above and beyond to fix it. It turned out great. I also had them cut out some other parts that I needed on another project using their plasma table. I will continue to use them based off my experience. 10/10 would recommend.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a business. We were very excited to have Rayne and her husband build our fire pit. We paid in full October 20th - told the fire pit would be ready in the following week. We were then given numerous excuses as to why our custom fire pit was not ready over the next couple weeks (email issues, metal supplier failed to deliver metal on time, waiting to be coated, compressor gone out, etc). Weeks later we made a 3 hour drive to pick up the fire pit after being promised for the hundredth time it would be ready for Rayne to text us an hour before
