The Cherry Pit Cafe & Pie Shop is a fast casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Known as The Comfort Food Specialists, The Cherry Pit offers made from scratch, American favorites along with an extensive homemade pie and cheesecake menu. Slow Roasted Pot Roast, Chicken Pot Pie, Home-style Meatloaf, hand-pattied Burgers, Sandwiches and Fresh Salads highlight the lunch and dinner offerings.

Stuffed French Toast, Crab & Bacon Quiche, The Monte Cristo Sandwich are some of the favorites from the full breakfast menu. Brownie Supreme, Cherry Crumb, Triple Berry and Lemon Meringue are some of the most popular of more than 20 different pies available every day. Brian and April met in 2001 while managing restaurants and bakeries in Las Vegas.

What the HELL is this Cherry Pit Cafe?! (It was supposed to be apple pie). This is why people have anxiety about ordering through sites like Door Dash. Since the customer is not there in person there's no one to hold the restaurant accountable for the quality of the food they send out. Do better people. Pie is a serious thing in the south.

I like Cherry Pit but today they were off their game. The vegetable soup was pretty much nothing but tomatoes. Should just call it tomato soup. The two chocolate cream pies were awful. I got two slices and both had clumps of what looked like mold. It was probably flour that didn’t get fully dissolved. I called in and explained what I saw and the manager states that they start off with vanilla pudding and add in chocolate and I was probably seeing the vanilla. Sorry but that definitely wasn’t vanilla. I wish I had taken a pic of it before throwing it in the public trash. I bought two pies over

First time eating at the Cherry Pit. I had the Crab Cake Sliders and Fried Zucchini. It was so good. Nice little place. Looking forward in going back so I can try something different. Meatloaf Sliders maybe next time.

This is an epic fail! Do not waste your time. The food was all frozen and heated. They use zero spices and flavoring. The breakfast was an absolute disgust. I took my monte Cristo back to the counter and told… the lady it wasn’t cooked throughly and she said oh it looks right. Then offered me French toast instead, like I told you it was not cooked properly and you think I want you to cook me something else? Really! No offer of a refund or an apology was offered. The tables in the lobby were dirty we had to ask for it to cleaned off before sitting down. The staff was bare minimum when

This is a hidden GEM thats worth your time to go visit. The food is amazing, even if you order pick up the food is crisp and fresh. Its a clean establishment which is very important and the staff is friendly and welcoming like excited to serve you the tasty treats this place sells.

Found this little spot by total coincidence. Such a great experience. Staff was super nice, food was yummy! The chicken pot pie was amazing!!! I don't know if I'll be in this neck of the woods again, but totally recommend anyone in the area to check it out.

The Cherry Pit Cafe and Pie Shop has wonderful hamburgers, shepherd's pie, zucchini bites, French fries, macaroni and cheese and ham quiche! My family and I are looking forward to trying everything on the menu! This is a great restaurant!!

The Cherry Pit has quickly become a family favorite. I treat myself to a croissant sandwich once a week. There are so many people picking up to-go orders that you just know it is good.

I got the Carlina burger. It doesn't have any taste. The chili had black beans. The slaw didn't have taste. It was bad!! Then they use a nasty whip cream tht I never had b4. All of it was bad. The person wt me had crab cakes and they liked it.

Never had a bad meal here. Great food every time.
The vegetable soup and chicken salad half and half meal was wonderful. The dollar brownies are unreal.
The pie filling stuffed French toast breakfast is massively delicious.
One of my favorite restaurants in Greensboro. So glad the virus hasn't shut them down.
Went Sunday and ate inside. We were the only customers there, but their takeout business was booming. Free fountain drinks for the delivery companies drivers was a nice touch.
Their small dining room was sectioned off for social distancing, but their once booming, wait to be seated energy
