At Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center we strongly believe that early therapeutic intervention is important. The demand for pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as dyslexia tutoring in our area is constantly increasing with each passing day. In the event that happens, we encourage all families to contact the facilities listed below to see if they are able to process your request for an evaluation and treatment sooner.
When a child takes off walking or says a word for the first time - we call those miracles. Miracles happen all the time at MCRC and sometimes we're there with a camera when it happens. We share these as Mission Moments in order to give you a window to see the how the center is changing the world, one step at a time.
Occupational therapy practitioners are either occupational therapists or occupational therapy assistants. Occupational therapy practitioners serve children, youth, and their families by promoting active participation in daily activities and offering prevention, promotion, and interventions for various populations and settings.
