Two technicians came to fix our Subzero fridge and we were very impressed. They diagnosed the problem immediately, were able to fix it quickly in one visit, and they gave us advice about how to use and clean our subzero to keep it in good working order. The price was exactly what we were quoted, which was VERY reasonable. We will call them again in a heartbeat if we have issues with our subzero. The customer service person who made the appt with us was also very professional and gave us confidence in Northeastern Appliance.

Wonderful service from Northeastern appliance. Eduardo came down to Brooklyn on time. He's very professional and pleasant. My. refrigerator had ice making issues and it was fixed. He was very conscientious about the floors, etc. recommend highly!

The service technician easily identified our issue with our freezer and was able to fix with parts on his truck the same day. So relieved. He then took the time to show me maintenance things to do to prolong the use of my appliance. Totally professional start to finish
