In the late 1990's David Gluhareff lost over 100 pounds. Dave then became a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and began his career as a Personal Trainer. Team Strength Runner is comprised of some of the Hardest Training, Hardest Racing, & Hardest Working Professional OCR, Survival, and Extreme Endurance Athletes in their Sports!

Dave, I've been crazy busy since getting back from Texas Hunter Gatherer, but wanted to make a quick post here to thank you for all the support this year. As an online client I've been impressed by how much you been there to support my training and to help me prep for events like the Vermont Spartan Beast and last.

No one is getting "Obese" or Fat from eating Lean Proteins, Good Carbohydrates, Good Fats, Fruits, Vegetables, and Water! I'll setup 3-5 workouts each week for you and text or email them to you, plus send you 3 cardio sessions of which we discuss prior to that fits your enjoyment. Variety is key for training and then we focus on your Nutrition plan, and Rest/Stress relief will fall into place. You will get structured and on a good plan that should only take you 4-8 hours each week total exercising depending on strength training/run/walking/etc lengths.
