Never use their packing service, they don’t respect their authorized ups requirements, refused to pay any damages and I lost the ups insurance due to their packing poor quality, the pictures talk by themselves.
Ps : the cardboard box on the picture are their professional package solution for a 75pounds music equipment.
I lost the material 1000$ and the sell 800$.
Sorry I wanted to put 0 stars but I can’t !!! Google you need to create a special status for wrong business like that !!
Website lied saying your package is guaranteed by ups !!! They made it so wrong that ups denied the claim
