Old park not getting much love these days. Host is mostly by phone not onsite. Empty Flower pots and busted furniture greet you outside the office — which no one mans. Solid WIFI once the ID and password is sorted out. Mostly permanent tenants with rigs in fair shape. Backs up to Air Force base with tankers roaring in and out. Across the road is the train track with loud whistles. Close to an RV wash!!!! And Commerciai Tire is you need rubber. Short walk to Sambo’s Cafe — a must visit.

If you’re looking for serenity and quiet, this park is not for you. The roosters that are located in the park crow all day and early mornings. We paid for the premium WI-FI which cost extra $26, it was the same as the free (refund was issued). The cable box connection never could get it to work. Each lot has parking for one vehicle and that’s tight. Let’s talk about so called grass, yeah not so much. It rains and they’re big muddy mess in front of our RV. Put a cheap grass rug out and the manager told me to remove it. Put a small mat in front of our door to keep from tracking mud, mowers

I'm not sure why everyone is giving this RV park great reviews. Doesn't matter what drive you go down you are going to hit a nice size hole or rut,all except where the park host stays. Then there is the matter of the host that rarely takes care of problems and issues that the residents are having, they just get told that is such a minor thing why are you getting upset about it.

We stayed here to visit our adult son and family. It was close to our 50th wedding anniversary so our kids wanted to give us a party. The manager, Joyce Parker let us use the beautiful clubhouse. She even mopped the floor the night before. We invited her to celebrate with us. She was so fun. The park is soooo clean and well maintained. We had more family joining us and she made it possible for them to park in the space next to us. The rates are good and great lighting for late arrivals. The park is really close to a convenience store, and Subway. It’s not the easiest to find but she gives good

I stayed during the Heartland Nationals which is one of the biggest events for travelers, the park is well kept with a great location. The park is close to many food options and close to the race track. Shower house and restrooms are clean with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The manager Joyce is very accommodating and a great person.
The people who have written negative reviews must have been expecting something different as I was very pleased with the park and would recommend it to anyone.

If I could I'd rate this at a zero but to reveiw the place. The management don't care about crimes committed in the park. I stayed for about 5 weeks and on the 3rd week my tag was stolen off my truck and the park manager didn't assist with the sheriff office with security footage. The managment condones the harassment of visitors and people who stay here. They claim all visitors are to follow the rules but it depends on who you are and how long you are staying I guess.

I really like the environment here. Its clean, and basic. Great price for what you get! I was so happy to get into this park since I'll be here thru these winter. They take care of it! Its clean. That is enough. And judging from the comments, they are picky about who they let in our stay. I appreciate that. Joyce has been responsive. I have to leave a message, but she gets back to me within 24 hrs. Sounds like if we pay our bill, and take care of the area, all is good in Forbes Landing!
