Ryan worked so well in explaining the benefits and options on a REFI of my reverse mortgage that it was an easy decision. The detail and follow-up by both Ryan and Nealani was fantastic. I loved how they kept me informed about where we were with the loan at least weekly. If I needed to do anything they got ahold of me and tried to assist me with anything I was having problems with . The guy in charge seemed to know exactly what he was doing and he just did it. The lady that was in charge of our account was the best we have ever had. I would go back to them in a heart beat.

Trevor sent out the best mailer ever. We had to contact him. He had us read him a few numbers on our monthly reverse mortgage statement. Yes it was our second. Having done the first reverse mortgage 18 months prior and wondering if we could refinance due to interest rates dropping, along came the knight in white armor (I say white because he is totally truthful and trustworthy). He lowered our interest rate and increased our line of Credit by Thousands of dollars. If you're looking, do something good for yourself - CALL TREVOR

Applying for a mortgage is extremely stressful at the very least. Trevor and Kennon at Heritage made the process so easy, we could not be more grateful. They asked for a few basic documents from us (w-2, tax returns, employer records etc) and took care of all the rest. Found a lender, dealt with the seller, did all the paperwork and arranged the… appraisal. Ours was a VA loan, which is more involved than a general loan because of all the extra government requirements. The whole process took less than 30 days and we closed without any problems. We are still in awe as to how easy it was for
