Responsive and personable. My husband and I first called on JIG Locksmith when we locked ourselves out of our new home. (Whoops) Our call was answered right away, only to be met with a quick apology that he would be happy to help, but it would take 45 minutes. To us, that was GREAT news! We gladly waited, feeling very guilty we interrupted dinner or something else important. Jesse met us with a smile exactly when promised. He set realistic expectations for us, was knowledgeable and efficient in his work and very personable. It was a great experience. We even called him back for a planned visit

Needed 2 keys cut. One was high security (ours) and the other wasn't (my mom's) . This morning before he came i clarified I only need them cut not programmed and he quoted me $65. He came and cut the keys,but also programmed my mom's without saying first. Charged an extra $20. I paid $90 ($5 more for as thank you), but we had to reprogram it later today anyways because the driver door wasn't working.. it literally took 2 seconds and I knew it would, that's what I didn't ask him to do it. Make sure you don't pay the extra he does on site like we did. A waste of money when I knew we could do it.

My front door keypad stopped working on a Sunday. I called JIG and the tech that answered helped me to troubleshoot the problem. The problem ended up being that the lock had gone bad. The tech came out on Monday and installed a new lock and rekeyed all of the doors. The technician was super helpful on the phone that Sunday when trying to troubleshoot and was very professional onsite on Monday. I would highly recommend this team to anyone! Thanks for doing a great job!
