Ways Electric is my go to company for all of my electrical needs; I would not trust anyone else. I specifically requested Frank as he has worked on my home before. We had a complete home electric failure this summer. The people at Ways were so caring and responsive. First, they rearranged an entire day's schedule to send as a service tech that day. The quality of the work was excellent. But, it was the customer service and level of caring that stood out the most.
Our service techs, Franklin and Jeff, were amazing. They stayed at the house, working until after 10 pm so we could have AC. They never uttered a complaint or gripe throughout the project - which was intense and inside a hot house.

I've had many electrical companies come out and do work for me. Ways Electric is by far the best electrical company. They are punctual, reliable and the best thing is that they actually know what they are doing. I've had 2 different electricians have done work for me but I usually get Jason who is great. If you call ask for Jason that's who i can vouch for since he has done most of my work but, i'm sure they are all just as professional.
