We have been with Adept Solutions for approximately three years and they have given us outstanding service! The relational care for their clients is evident. We have full confidence in them that they are taking good care of us. If we ever had a problem, it was addressed and corrected quickly. The best news is that we haven't had any issues and a smooth operating system for a long time!

After multiple failed attempts with other IT companies. We stubbled across Adept. This company is a great local business we partnered with for our IT needs just before the Pandemic hit. We were so fortunate we did cause when everything shut down they were there to help with our remote set up, so we could continue working from home. Everyone at the company is awesome. I have yet to meet any employee that wasn't great! There is one gentlemen that I work with more than others his name is Steve and he is absolutely awesome. He takes the time to work through any issue we may have and explain everything

I dropped my laptop off there and they called me came up with a solution to my problem. we both agreed on it. the cost was stated up front and I picked my laptop up on Tuesday and it was given back to me in the condition that we had expected it to be and it was 100% perfect. it functions perfectly. very honest people and I suggest you give them a call I love how they're very personal ,inviting environment I appreciate them and I know that I will be going there a lot more often and it's nice to know that they don't charge two Arms, 6 toes just to get something done. I don't

This was my go to - but now they do not support small business - they are too busy and only want large contracts. Response time is not acceptable. I have been loyal to this company since it began with the original owner - but the new owner and format is not about supporting the little companies any longer...sorry because Jeff and Christian are amazing techs that I trust but have been required to find new service.
If you are not in need of service quickly then they are someone to consider - really bummed about this!
