We engaged owner James s to custom make a glass door to match the high end glass wall on our terrace. He was recommended by our interior designer. The job involved a complex design and serious engineering. It was a precision job where due to limestone flooring and difficult angles, an innovative effort was required. Highly reliable engineering was needed also, due to the weight of the thick glass surround and vector forces pulling against the hinge plates.

Harbor All Glass is a very professionally run business. I have needed their services on 2 separate occasions, and each time, I was greeted and treated in such a personable manner by the owner, office manager and their other employees. They do great work and I have been very pleased with the pure excellence they convey. Their product is the best and they get the job done in a timely manner and the end result is fabulous! Harbor All Glass & Mirror performed glass repair for me. The workmanship was professional, the price for the materials and labor were fair, and the work was completed when they said it would be done. What is wrong with expecting good customer service in a time of uncertainty. These clowns do a song and dance about 'being in business for years, and quality service".
Sadly, they are inconsistent with quotes, take short cuts and do not respond to simple questions that a consumer should not be ashamed to ask like: "can I have a breakdown of this pricing?"
Do the quick research and find a company that doesn't take short cuts.

Such a pleasure doing business with this company. I had 2 wine fridges delivered with broken glass doors. I took it another shop & they said they couldn't fix them. I called Harbor Glass, sent a photo to Jim & brought them down there. Everyone who works there is so nice & really knows what they are doing. They tell you exactly what they are going to do, make all their policies clear & finish the job as scheduled. Thank you Harbor Glass for being A+++!

Harbor All Glass and Mirror always responds so quickly! A friendly person always answers the phone and is ready to help with questions you have. Ordering glass can be confusing and annoying, but I am happy there is a company in town to make it painless. Jim, the owner is awesome and truly cares about his business and customers. I would highly recommend them going forward for any projects you have relating to glass :)

Jim and his team were incredibly responsive and professional. I sent them pictures to have a doggy door installed which required them to remove a window pane and molding and reinstall it in a different pane. Jim was able to give me a quote over the phone and his associate Steve, who came in to do the repair, was on time, efficient, and extremely polite and professional. This company was a joy to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Amazing! I had a broken window. I took it off the frame myself and brought it in. Jamie was wonderful when I walked in and Jill, who handled the details, was just as wonderful. The best part was Jill showing me some glass options, which I hadn't even thought about prior to, and I picked out a piece called "OBTUSE" glass. It may be the most beautiful piece of glass I have ever seen. I highly recommend you visit the showroom and ask about glass options.

Hired Harbor All Glass and Mirror to cut and install mirrors for me. The quality of the work was good but the communication was awful with Jim. After asking several times for invoices and never receiving them prior to install the installers show up with half of what was needed. After some arguing Jim did come through with what we needed and provided resolutions in a timely manor. I would recommend them for their quality and would hire them again. Just confirm the order prior to install. Everything else was good.
