Not too good. The guy at the cashier didn't want to leave the station were the girls were and the guy at the counter in the back seemed to be glued to his chair. These guys must own the place or they have been there too long. Either way it was like pulling nails to get them to help you. Went to Lowes and got what we needed.

After bad experience with professional fence builders, my husband and I decided to repair/replace the fence ourselves. Called, speaking with Alexis, who from the beginning was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Now we're looking to help our neighbors replace parts of theirs and I'll be sure to send them to Picou for their materials. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our DIY projects.

It's a hardware store on steroids. A bit of everything you would find at ACE or homedepot, but with limited options. The downside which is reflected in the higher prices. But for the DYI'er it's a perfect place to find your knick knacks. The staff is friendly and eager to help find what your looking for. My star rating is based on lack of availability of certain items, from a contractor's point.
