Horrible customer service. Told they didn’t do curbside pick up despite the huge sign in the window saying they did. Was told they had to process online orders thru the computer, but all I had to do was sign a form saying I picked it up and show my ID, so I don’t understand why that couldn’t be done curbside. None of the employees were wearing masks. The girl handling my order was rude. Didn’t greet me or thank me for my purchase. Won’t be returning.

Thanks to MF Rogan! Not only did Micah help me find a great NB walking shoe but I was also told that my name had not been saved by the Fondy store. NOW I can go back later & get that but 1 get 1 half of anytime because my sale is in the computer. Too bad my other 3 pairs weren't register but moving on!

I actually give this location a minus 20!!
Service was HORRIBLE!!! from the time I walked in! than I tried returning a pair of shoes within 2 hours of purchase 3 associates told me the best they could do was to give me in store credit. That is 100% NOT ACCEPTABLE !
I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

Loved it! Walked in with a pair of sneakers that were literally disintegrating around my feet. Was helped by a very nice lady, who's accent (almost Canadian) was quite lovely. It reminded me of where I grew up in northern Vermont. Top marks! Service with a smile!! Would shop there again, if I lived in this area!!!

Have found every type of dress, casual and work shoe I ever needed. The thing i love about Rogans is the staff never blows you off, has always been courteous, informative and doesn’t shy away from simply saying they weren’t sure and found someone who could help. Never had to wait more than 5 days if I wasn’t already walking out the door with my purchase. The BO1/2O2nd is a great Business model, especially with the additional time line you get. The prices blow away ever big box store. Shopped WestBend, Menomonee Falls and Brookfield (so far).
